TradeProKit organizes business information from public sources, business records, public websites, government databases, directories, and other publicly available or commercially available sources. Some sources may be official government sources, while others may be non-government public or business information sources.

TradeProKit does not claim to be the official source for any company, business record, license, insurance policy, contact detail, or public filing.

2. Business Data Disclaimer

TradeProKit may display public business information such as business names, addresses, cities, counties, service categories, registry details, filing dates, document numbers, business types, website information, phone information, email previews, insurance carrier previews, and possible commercial insurance renewal windows.

Although we work to organize and present this information in a useful way, we do not guarantee that any business information is complete, current, accurate, or error-free.

Business information may contain errors, omissions, outdated records, formatting issues, duplicate entries, inactive contact details, disconnected phone numbers, outdated email addresses, incorrect websites, incorrect carrier information, expired renewal windows, or public registry information that has changed since it was collected.

Users should independently verify any business information before relying on it for sales, marketing, insurance, compliance, legal, financial, operational, or business decisions.

TradeProKit is not responsible for decisions made based on directory data, locked B2B data, public records, community posts, or any information displayed on the platform.

4. Locked B2B Data

Some business profiles may include locked or partially masked B2B data fields. These may include phone numbers, email addresses, websites, insurance carrier information, or commercial insurance renewal window information.

Access to locked data may require login, account creation, consent to applicable terms, or future paid access.

Locked data may not always be available for every business profile. If a field is missing, unavailable, outdated, or not verified, TradeProKit may display “Not available” or a masked preview.

Users may not copy, scrape, resell, redistribute, publish, or mass-export TradeProKit data without written permission.

5. Account Registration and Login

Users may create or access an account using supported login providers, such as Google or other authentication providers that TradeProKit may support in the future.

When you log in, we may collect basic account information provided by the authentication provider, such as:

12. Acceptable Use

• Resell, redistribute, or republish TradeProKit data without permission
• Attempt to bypass locked data restrictions
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the platform
• Use bots, scripts, automation, or excessive requests without permission
• Interfere with the platform’s security or performance
• Access private APIs without authorization
• Submit false, misleading, harmful, or unlawful content
• Use TradeProKit to send spam or unlawful outreach
• Violate applicable laws or third-party rights

TradeProKit may block, rate-limit, restrict, suspend, or terminate access for violations.

13. Intellectual Property

TradeProKit’s design, branding, layout, text, software, data organization, summaries, formatting, and platform features are owned by or licensed to TradeProKit. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from TradeProKit’s protected materials without written permission.

Business owners, users, or third parties may contact TradeProKit to request correction, update, review, or removal of certain business profile information.

TradeProKit may, at its discretion, update or remove inaccurate, outdated, duplicate, sensitive, or inappropriate information. We may ask for verification before modifying business profile details. We do not guarantee that all correction requests will be accepted.

16. Availability and Changes

TradeProKit may change, suspend, discontinue, limit, or modify any part of the platform at any time. We may update features, data fields, access rules, pricing, login methods, community rules, or data availability without prior notice.
